A novel aid in teaching the important aspects of breathing techniques. Blow forcefully on the 'egg' at water level and over it flips. The contrasting colours on each side of the egg are a clear indication to the teacher that the swimmer is exhaling correctly and at the same time attracts and motivates the pupil to repeat the breathing technique. The egg flips are supplied in packs of ten and are ASA approved.
