The 309 has a running area of 52 x 20" and a running deck with VSC cushioning. ( Strategically positioned elastomers of varying density reduce the strike impact on the running area and provide support to the lower limb joints during exercise. ) This Treadmill has a user friendly console which has a Blue back lit LCD window display, heart rate controll and wireless heart rate monitoring. The cosole will show Time, Speed, Elevation, Distance, Heart Rate and Calories.
